Chuck Heaton has completed dozens of successful projects since joining BCE Engineers, Inc. Chuck’s technical experience includes designs for military installations, educational facilities, post offices, and street and site lighting. Chuck is particularly skilled in the design of electrical systems for light industrial facilities. He has been the electrical engineer/project manager for all of Milgard Manufacturing’s new and remodeled facilities.
