A graduate of Washington State University and a registered Electrical Engineer since 1969, Mike Bitterling is the head of BCE’s Electrical Engineering Department and is also the firm’s managing principal. Mike’s 35 years of professional practice includes both engineering and construction experience. Mike provides project management, electrical engineering concepts, cost estimating, client liaison, quality control, and consultant team coordination. Over his long career, Mike has been responsible for the design and supervision of more than 2,000 diverse projects.
