Randy P. Heiberg P.E.

Senior Principal

Mr. Heiberg is responsible for the design of the electric power supply and distribution for facilities. In some instances, the supply will include generation and transmission of electrical power. Electrical power is supplied to users at a variety of voltages and phases determined by local practice and mechanical equipment demands. Electrical power users include mechanical equipment drive motors, sensing instruments, controllers, office equipment, illumination and communications equipment. Randy’s 29 years of experience in all micro-processor based systems gives BCE the ability to provide specialized systems design expertise that augments customary mechanical and electrical engineering design services. Randy’s 16 years of experience in contracting expands BCE’s offering to include integrated system designs that fulfill the specialized needs of our clients. He will insure design work is executed in accordance with contract documents including, drawings, specifications, and safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Randy is a LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional.
