Bonney Lake High School was a $35M project with a 173,100 square foot lower level and 66,000 square foot upper level. BCE provided complete mechanical, electrical, and fire protection design services, including energy analysis, primary power, and communications. 

The electrical design included power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm, clock/program, phone/intercom system, security, TV, and data distribution systems.  
The mechanical design consisted of a four-pipe fan coil system with water-cooled chiller and multiple boilers, with variable volume pumps.
