This project involved the remodel of a 19,529 square foot facility that houses locker rooms, classrooms, and clinic space for the cosmetology program, as well as a 10,544 square foot addition for the massage therapy classrooms/clinic, dispensary, locker rooms, restrooms, esthetics classrooms, and office space. BCE's designs included electrical power, interior and exterior lighting, low voltage systems, plumbing, fire protection sprinkler system, and packaged rooftop hydronic heat pump with temperature controls.
