The $6.3M Denny Park Apartments facility is a six-story, retail and multi-family building in Seattle. It is a 35,000 square foot, 50-unit apartment building with 3,900 square feet of commercial space and parking. This project was the first national project to receive funding under the "Green Communities Initiative" and met 159 requirements on the "Seattle Built Green Certification Checklist" for sustainable design. BCE provided HVAC, plumbing, controls and fire protection designs.
