Foss Waterway Seaport Revitalization

BCE has played a major role in the revitalization of Tacoma's Foss Waterway Seaport, including the infrastructure design for the Tall Ships Festival as well as multiple moorage float and esplanade projects. The images below are from the Foss Waterway Seaport Esplanade Site 10 and 11B replacement project. We worked closely with the architect, the City of Tacoma, and a private marina owner to develop a sequenced phasing plan that minimized impacts to the daily operation of the private marina. Designs included water, sanitary sewer, fuel system, power, lighting, phone, low voltage systems, and fire protection. Total project cost was approximately $3.5M.
