Lakeridge Middle School

Services were provided for the replacement of the existing Lakeridge Middle School built over 25 years ago with a new $26M, 95,000 square foot middle school.

The electrical system design included power, lighting, and low voltage systems. The lighting system featured direct/ indirect fixtures with daylight harvesting for dimming the lights in response to the quantity of incoming natural light.

The HVAC design included a hydronic four-pipe fan coil and active chilled beam system throughout the building. The main gym, auxiliary gym, commons and other high occupancy areas utilized the four-pipe fan coils while the classrooms and administrative areas were served by active chilled beams.
