This project was a $4M, 20,000 square foot Port of Pasco office building located along the Columbia River. Design services were provided for the shell and core and the Tenant Improvement (TI) package for the first tenant in the new building. The HVAC system is a highly efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system that has the ability to share energy from one space to the other. Electrical design included incoming power and telephone utilities along with the site lighting for the building, parking lot and walking trails, as well as lighting, power, data and fire alarm design for the TI.
