This new 41,000 SF, LEED Silver facility is the first of its kind in the Air Force Global Strike Command. The building co-locates the 341st Security Forces Group Tactical Response Force alongside the 40th Helicopter Squadron to improve communication, organization, and deliver faster response times to support the combat capability of the 341st Missile Wing.

The $19.7 million project provides an adequately sized and configured facility that co-located squadron operations facility and the sleeping quarters of the alert crew with aircraft to minimize crew response times for 24-hour a day/7-days per week/365- days per year readiness. Proper command and control, maintenance, and fueling capabilities were needed for helicopter operations to provide security for remote intercontinental ballistic missile alert and launch facilities as well as to conduct military and civil search and rescue missions throughout Montana.

The TRF received a 2021 Citation Award at the USAF Design Awards.

"This facility is vital to the stability of the world. It will help us secure our missile fields much better than we ever had in the past."
~Col. Jennifer Reeves, 341st Missile Wing Commander
