Mechanical and fire protection designs were provided for the renovation of this sprawling three-story residence hall facility. Hall renovations include new fire suppression and alarm systems, new bathrooms, lounge furnishings and media, new wardrobes, flooring, and lighting. BCE provided designs for all of the mechanical-plumbing and ventilation upgrades and the new fire protection sprinkler system.
